Brilliant doesn’t even begin to sufficiently describe the opulent interiors that are contrived by French architect and designer Laura Gonzalez. And to say that she’s one of my design muses is also an understatement…icon is a word that’s much more worthy of the regard I hold for her insane creative talent.

With how seamlessly Laura fuses classic design elements with modern…her unabashedly bold color palettes…unexpected montages of textures, fabrics, and silhouettes…paired with her chic line of self-designed furnishings…it’s no wonder her client roster contains the world’s most luxurious hotels, restaurants, and fashion houses. Her signature aesthetic is one that’s nearly impossible to replicate – the mark of a true creative genius – and she will never cease to completely blow me away with how adeptly she’s able to meld a multitude of design eras, styles, and global locales. Basically, she’s a total badass, and will always and forever be one of my most revered (and studied) design muses.
